Initiate Your Request
Contact our Concierge Team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.
Prepare the Item
Carefully repackage your item in its original protective packaging and crating to ensure it remains undamaged during the transit process.
Schedule a Pickup
For oversized furniture, we will coordinate a professional white-glove carrier to collect the item from your residence at a scheduled time.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
